Quotations and scope

Published prices are starting points. Final scope, deliverables, revision limits, timing, responsibilities, and fees are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Founding Client Launch Offer

The advertised 50% launch discount is limited to the first 10 new clients, or the remaining number displayed on the website. A place is secured only after Avance Conseil confirms the scope in writing, the client accepts the proposal, and any required deposit is received. The discount applies to the listed package or custom-builder prices and cannot be combined with another discount, exchanged for cash, transferred, or applied retrospectively. Third-party costs, advertising spend, hosting, domains, premium software, travel, taxes, and out-of-scope work are excluded unless specifically stated. Avance Conseil may close the offer once all founding-client places are allocated.

Payments

Projects may require full payment or a deposit before work starts. Monthly services are normally paid in advance. Exact terms will appear in the proposal or invoice.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate instructions, timely feedback, necessary access, lawful materials, and the rights to use supplied content, data, images, and branding.

Revisions and changes

Included revision rounds will be stated in the proposal. New directions, expanded scope, additional pages, or substantial content changes may require additional fees and timelines.

Intellectual property

Ownership and usage rights for final work are transferred or licensed according to the project agreement after full payment. Third-party assets remain subject to their original licences.

Professional limitations

Bookkeeping support does not include regulated accounting, tax filing, statutory accounts, legal advice, or financial advice unless explicitly delivered by an appropriately qualified professional.

Cancellation

Deposits may be non-refundable once work has started or time has been reserved. Cancellation terms will be confirmed in the relevant proposal.

Governing terms

Specific contracts and mandatory local law take priority over these general website terms.
